SONAM DORJEE
Founder and Managing DirectorSonam Dorjee was born in 1988 in the small village of Rasuwa called Thuloshyabru, 130 km north of Kathmandu, in the Langtang National Park. A mountainous region, difficult to reach, characterized by its rurality and poverty.
In 2007, he settled in Kathmandu and began training in tourism, a growing sector in Nepal. He learns the components of the tourist trades and progresses in English. In parallel, he begins to learn French at the Alliance Française.
His ultimate goal was to work in the tourism sector. Therefore, he agrees to become a bearer. For several years, he worked as a guide for several trekking agencies. Sometimes unscrupulous agencies … Little by little, then he managed to climb the ladder, and became a guide (notably for a French Trek agency).
In 2014, he successfully launched Tamang Randonnees Treks, an association of Independent Guides who work for ethical, solidary, sustainable, and responsible tourism. It aims to revitalize tourism in its region of origin and border areas with Tibet, particularly affected by the poverty and earthquakes of 2015.

Fluent in French young and energetic Ramesh has been working in the tourism industry for 12 years. Born in the Rasuwa district in 1996, Ramesh began his career as a porter in the beginning. later learning french from alliance francais Kathmandu, completing trekking guide training and after obtaining his guide license Ramesh started working as a french guide in tamang randonnees trek since company established.
Ramesh is a well-experienced educated, well-informed, knowledgeable, friendly, professional trekking guide of this team who has guided tour groups through many trails of Nepal. For instance Annapurna Circuit Trek, Annapurna Base camp trek, Ghorepani Poonhill Trek, Langtang Valley Trek, Langtang Gosainkunda Trek, Upper Mustang Trek and tamang heritage trek.

born and raised in the foothills of Himalaya, Dawa has collected numerous knowledge about the people, cultures, and lifestyles around the Langtang region. moreover during his career when visiting different trekking regions in Nepal Dawa also gained a lot of knowledge about those trekking region, such as their lifestyle culture, tradition, and so on.

He has leaded trekkers through the trails of Annapurna, and the Langtang region of Nepal. In addition, he has helped trekkers explore more adventurous trails like Manaslu circuit, Tsum Valley, Kanchenjunga Base Camp, Makalu Base Camp trail, Upper Mustang, and many other Himalayan trails of Nepal. Since has experience of most of the trekking trails and has walked through them several times , his expertise adds inspiration and safety to travelers' trekking adventures.
